Online Registration for next school year is now open! Keep an eye out on your inbox. You'll receive an email from PowerSchool Enrollment for each student. This email includes a unique Snapcode that you'll need to begin the registration process. If you don't receive your Snapcode, please contact your child's school or email us at registrationhelp@rps205.com

🎨FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY! Don’t miss the RPS 205 All City Art Show! It's featuring amazing work from our middle and high school artists. Join us on Wednesday, April 8, from 5 to 7 PM at 304 Main Street. It’s FREE and open to the public.

🎨 The Rockford Public Library Montague Branch and RESA Middle School are teaming up to celebrate Youth Art Month! Join us March 11 from 5–7pm for an opening reception featuring 6–8th grade artwork & music by DJ Vic Rivera. The show runs through April 4 during library hours!

Five RPS 205 artists representing three schools, were chosen in the inaugural Holiday Card contest at Noah's Ark Animal Shelter.
-Ivanna Penaloza from Jefferson HS was selected as the 1st place winner! Her card design will be printed on their holiday card that is sent to 5,000 homes and will hang at Noah's Ark for years to come.
-2nd place Abria Lambert , 7th grade, from West C.A.P.A. Middle school will have her design shared as their Happy Holidays post on their social media on December 25th.
Runners up will have their pieces featured on Noah's Ark Social Media:
-Josephine Tortorici, 8th grade, West C.A.P.A. Middle school, will have their design shared as part of their first day of winter post.
-Anny Ramirez Aguilar, 8th grade, RESA Middle school, will have their design featured as part of the holiday adoption special.
-Yanelly Cecilia Almanza,7th grade, RESA Middle school, will have their design used on New Year's Day.

RESA Middle School hosted its first Rockford Promise event of the year! Students in grades 6–8 learned about the full-tuition scholarship opportunities and how to stay on track for their futures. This was the first step toward the big Rockford Promise celebration in May!
